Ayur means Life, Veda means Science.

  • Ayurveda gives us an understanding of our basic constitution. We learn how to keep it in balance, and what takes us out of balance.
  • When out of balance, our system is open to disease, fatigue and depression, among other things.
  • Disease can be caused by inappropriate diet, lifestyle trauma, micro organisms and genetics etc. Although we are powerless over some elements in our life, our lifestyle and diet are within our control.
